Pell Grants May Soon be Allowed for High School Students in Dual Enrollment

This experiment has been reported as a way to increase opportunities for high schoolers with low-income backgrounds, as dual enrollment seems linked to benefits like  “better grades in high school, increased enrollment in college following high school, [and] higher rates of persistence in college.”
