This September, IvyBoost Education has included some strong new additions to our tutoring team! With her strong passion for foreign languages, Celia earned her BA in French Language and an M. Ed degree in TESOL from SUNY Buffalo. She has tutored adults in French and other students in ESL and Mandarin Chinese in New York and California.
