What is the SSAT?

The SSAT (Secondary School Admission Test) is administered by the Secondary School Admission Test Board. It is a standardized test for students between grade 3 and grade 11. The SSAT offers 3 levels: Elementary, Middle, and Upper.

The SSAT helps many private elementary, middle, and high schools make admissions decisions. It is a required admission test for some of the best private schools. The SSAT score is an important factor for an admission decision, but of course, it is not the only factor.
