Cornell’s MBA Admissions Includes LinkedIn

Applying for a M.B.A. program at Cornell University? Having LinkedIn may help you complete the application faster.

According to Inside Higher Ed (“LinkedIn to MBA Admissions”), Cornell University may be one of the first schools to use LinkedIn with their applications in this way.

For students applying to the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, a LinkedIn profile can help them pre-fill parts of their applications. Including LinkedIn saves students time from having to re-input info such as their employment history, as it is already accessible on their LinkedIn profiles.

For students who opt not to use their LinkedIn, they can still manually input their information into the application.

This new M.B.A. application for Cornell was released on July 1st.
